Staff year book 2023

2024 Yearbook

In our busy work lives, we spend a lot of time looking towards the coming weeks and months ahead, without much time to reflect on what we have worked on. As we start preparing for the new year, it's great to look back and reflect on the amazing work and progress achieved in the past year, for both yourself and the residents of Lancashire. Our 2024 Yearbook gives you the opportunity to do just that.

Whether this is recognising your own personal development and success, celebrating the work of your colleagues, or even just saying thank you to someone, our Yearbook is for you to comment on what has made you feel proud this year.

The Yearbook is accessible to everyone who works at Lancashire County Council. To submit a comment of recognition, please enter your details below.

I would like to thank my wonderful colleagues in the Non-Residential Contracts Team who consistently work hard and perhaps do not always get the recognition they deserve. Although it has been a long year with a lot of changes, the team continues to give it their all, supporting external providers and internal teams alike. It is a pleasure and an honour to work with you all.

I would like to thank the whole of the South Ribble East OPPD Team for making my first few months here at LCC brilliant. You have been so supportive of me and all my questions. I am very proud to work on this team alongside all of you, again a huge heart filled thank you from me x

Thank you to all of my colleagues, no matter where you sit in the hierarchy, in Recruitment Services for making my return from maternity leave a fully supported, inclusive, one. There have been a number of changes whilst raising my little one but even with my return to a promotion, you haven't made me feel awkward when asking any questions - regardless of how straight forward they seemed! Personally, you are all such kind, supportive, friendly people and professionally, exceptionally hard workers. It remains a pleasure to be part of the team a year down the line. Thank you for being you.
