Staff year book 2023

2024 Yearbook

In our busy work lives, we spend a lot of time looking towards the coming weeks and months ahead, without much time to reflect on what we have worked on. As we start preparing for the new year, it's great to look back and reflect on the amazing work and progress achieved in the past year, for both yourself and the residents of Lancashire. Our 2024 Yearbook gives you the opportunity to do just that.

Whether this is recognising your own personal development and success, celebrating the work of your colleagues, or even just saying thank you to someone, our Yearbook is for you to comment on what has made you feel proud this year.

The Yearbook is accessible to everyone who works at Lancashire County Council. To submit a comment of recognition, please enter your details below.

To the OT North Team. What a long year we made it and have helped so many people along the way despite lots of changes within LCC. We are a fabulous supportive team and could not do the job without any of you. Here is to another year wishing everyone the best!

I wanted to say what a wonderful and caring team I have, from my internal team Treescapes, to the wider Environmental and Planning team, and further into other departments like the Communications team, Legal team, Tree team, Asset management, the Councillors, any other team I have worked with over my contract. You have all been so helpful and I will miss you all when I leave for my new role over the Christmas break.
