2. Who can claim

Childcare providers (including childminders) delivering 15 hours (universal) funded early education places for three- to four-year-olds, disadvantaged two-year-olds and also working parents of children aged 9 months and 2 years.

This includes settings that have been rated by Ofsted as 'requiring improvement'. However, we will remove any funding for the entitlement from a provider rated 'inadequate' as soon as practicably possible.
