1. Overview
Thank you to everyone who completed the special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) support surveys, which we launched in July 2023.
Our findings
These pages present our analysis of the responses in July and August 2023. The surveys are still open and we will continue to share our analyses and findings.
These findings include some of your direct feedback and some of the things we are doing to support these challenges. We know these won't answer all of your comments, but we hope they share new information or support that is helpful.
About the surveys
We designed these surveys to help us listen to children and young people (and their families) with different kinds of SEND, living in Lancashire. This includes children and young people who may or may not have an identified special educational need or support plan in place such as an education, health and care (EHC) plan, or an individual learning plan, (ILP).
We want to understand what is important to you, to help us work better together and deliver services that meet your needs.
