Give your code to your childcare provider

If eligible, you'll get an online childcare account and a childcare code.

You'll need to give the code to your provider along with:

  • your National Insurance number
  • your child's date of birth

Reconfirm your details

You must confirm your details are up to date on the Childcare Choices website every 3 months, or your code will expire.

If your code expires your 15 hours childcare entitlement will end.
