Arrange the additional annual leave day

Employee should:

• Provide their manager with confirmation of their 20 years' service with Lancashire County Council.
• Arrange with their manager to add an extra one day's leave onto their leave entitlement.
• Arrange to take the additional day in agreement with their manager within 12 months of the date they have attained 20 years' service.

Employees who attained 20 years' service prior to 1 August 2010 should have taken the additional day within 12 months of 1 August 2010.
