Course Overview
This course is designed for employees who, during their daily duties are involved with the operating of Winter Maintenance Equipment - Bucher variable plough/ Unimog during the delivery of Winter Maintenance Services.
Course Aim
This course has been developed to ensure that LCC employees who are required to use a Bucher variable plough/ Unimog know of what daily safety checks to carry out, how to use the equipment safely and how to report defects to the equipment.
The course also aims to meet the requirements of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999.
