Overview
This course is for anyone who is required to operate a ride on roller on site and has never had any prior training it covers the operation and Health and Safety related to the machinery
Aim
Provide information, instruction and guidance on the safe use of the machinery
Objectives
Have a basic understanding of the industry, the dangers of working in the industry and their responsibilities as a plant operator
Have a working knowledge of the manufacturers handbook
Be able to identify the related hazards with the operation of the machine
Carryout all pre-operational checks
Identify defects and use appropriate reporting procedures

Promote good practice in the workplace
