Skelmersdale library is closed from 9am to 10am on the first Thursday of every month for staff training.
All our libraries will be closed on bank and public holidays and some additional days.

Free public parking is available close by, as well as a bicycle park.
There is level access to the library as well as a lift for easy access to all levels.
