The proposal is for:

• adding landscaping and screening bunds (earth mounds used to reduce noise and views)

• installing a minerals washing plant and other infrastructure

• restoring the site for leisure use, agricultural land and biodiversity improvements, using imported inert fill (non reactive waste material)
