Do Something Big campaign

The Department for Education's "Do Something Big" recruitment campaign is to encourage people to start a career in early years.

The message is:

Do Something Big
Work with small children

The campaign asks people to ‘Search early years careers’, encouraging visits to the website earlyyearscareers.campaign.gov.uk.

The website has information about roles in nurseries, pre-schools and wraparound care. It links to the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) free ‘Find a job’ vacancy platform.

Use the free campaign resources and advertise your vacancies on ‘Find a job’ to boost your recruitment and attract the right candidates for your positions.
