We can use your comments to help improve services for you and other people.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with our services we will do all we can to resolve the problem.

We will investigate your complaint according to the children's social care complaints process.

Advocacy services

If you are a child and you are struggling to make your views heard about a social care issue you can get help from the National Youth Advocacy Service (NYAS).

This can be any issue such as:

  • the service you receive from your social worker

  • thinking about making a complaint about a social care issue

They can support and help you to make sure that your views are heard and your choices are respected and listened to fairly.
