Description

The Authority is establishing a Dynamic Market pursuant to section 35 of the Procurement Act 2023 for the provision of Legionella Services throughout the county of Lancashire. A Dynamic Market is a list of qualified suppliers (i.e. suppliers who have met the ‘conditions for membership’ of the dynamic market) who are eligible to participate in future procurements- an ITT will be published for a Contract for the relevant Services by which only Members of the Dynamic Market may submit a Tender. This is a completely electronic offering a competitive flexible procurement solution to purchase Services and/or works where Applicants can apply to join the Dynamic Market at any time during its term. There is no limit on the number of suppliers who can be admitted to the Dynamic Market. All activity, including Applications to join the Dynamic Market, the issuing of, and responding to ITTs will be conducted through the Authority's electronic tendering (etendering) system, the Oracle Fusion Supplier Portal.
