The ground floor ceremony room is fully accessible to meet the needs of people with reduced mobility and seats 36 guests.

A courtyard area at the rear of the building provides a pleasant area for photographs with steps, pillars and a shrubbery background.

There are no customer car parking facilities at the office. There are pay and display spaces outside the office along Queen Street and a multi storey car park on Common Garden Street, two minutes' walk away.
