Proposals to create pedestrian crossings, road humps, Speed Limit Orders and Traffic Regulation Orders may be advertised in a number of ways, including:
- On this web site
- In the local newspaper, on the first day of the consultation
- Within close proximity to the proposed changes, by means of a 'site notice'
- Deposited at the head office of the relevant borough/town council
