Report a fault at a bus stop or shelter

Warning!

If the bus stop or shelter you are reporting is dangerous, eg, smashed glass panels or structurally damaged, please call 0300 123 6780. 

If you want to enquire about the relocation of an existing bus stop and/or shelter or request a new bus stop and/or shelter please email busshelters@lancashire.gov.uk.

The quickest and easiest way to report a bus stop is via the Love Clean Streets mobile app. 

Report It online

Before you start you will need to register for an account with Love Clean Streets, using an email address and password, if you haven't already done so. 

You will then be asked to provide:

  • the location of the bus stop
  • a description
  • a photograph - max 4mb limit (optional - only take a photo if safe to do so)

Our bus shelters

Lancashire County Council is responsible for around a third of Lancashire's bus shelters.

They others are maintained by

  • 12 District Councils
  • 2 Unitary Authorities
  • Various parish and local town councils
  • Advertising companies on behalf of district councils

If we do no not maintain the bus shelter, we will report any faults or damage to the responsible organisation to resolve.
