Change of vehicle, lost and replacement permits

If you have lost your permit please cancel the permit from your account in the manage permits section, select the relevant permit and press cancel, alternatively ring 0300 123 6713 or email parking@lancashire.gov.uk so that your permit can be cancelled and then you may submit a new application.  As per the terms the full permit charge will apply but the new permit will be valid for a further 12 months from the date of issue.

Replacement permits and permits required as a result of a change in vehicle ownership will require an application for a new permit. The full permit charge will apply but the new permit will be valid for a further 12 months.
