Undocumented migrants

If you are in the UK without immigration status (a visa), getting regular status can be difficult. You can find information about the different routes to apply for status from the Joint Council for Welfare of Immigrants. It explains what kind of status you will get if successful.

The helpline is open on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays between 10:00 and 13:00.
