This demonstration is for participants who wish to use the MS365 Sway app.

Aim(s)

This demonstration provides the skills and knowledge to access and use the MS Sway tool to create and share interactive reports, presentations, newsletters and more.

Objectives

·         Understand what Sway can be used for, what are its key benefits and features

·         Access and navigate around in Sway

·         Create a new Sway, adding and formatting text content and images

·         Add multimedia elements to your Sway

·         Change the theme for your Sway, modify the settings and navigation options

·         Share your Sway and collaborate with others on your Sway

·         Use best practices to create effective Sways
