Who is this course for?

This course is for participants who wish to use the MS365 Lists app for information storage and tracking.

Aim(s)

This course provides the skills and knowledge to access and use Microsoft Lists to organise, track and collaborate on information within Microsoft 365.

Objectives

• Understand what Lists can be used for and what are their key benefits and features
• Access and navigate around in the Lists workspace
• Create a new List from scratch or by importing from Excel
• Configure list settings
• Add, edit and delete data in Lists
• Manage and organise Lists using sort, filter, views and groups
• Use formats and conditional formats in Lists
• Set alerts and notifications on Lists
• Share and collaborate on lists with colleagues
