Course Overview:
This course is designed to provide a system overview for Managers and Supervisors who, during their daily duties are required to communicate policies and procedures to the workforce.
Course Aim:
The overview is designed to give an insight into the information available and the purpose of its existence and how this would potentially impact on organisation and workforce, compliance with BN EN 9001-2015 and ISO 45001.

Navigating through the information
Relationship with Health & Safety, Quality Auditing and Staff development
Processes and Record keeping

Learning Outcomes:
- Create a safe working environment and compliance with legislation and Lancashire County Council policies and procedures
- Understand the relevance to the manager/Supervisor role
- Understand the financial economic impact of non-compliance

The delivery method of this training is via virtual means using Skype, this is to reduce the risk of transmitting or contracting Covid 19
