Aim(s)
This session aims to provide carers with an understanding of the impact symptoms of the menopause can have and equip them with ideas and confidence to discuss their symptoms and signpost to further support available.

Objectives
At the end of the course participants will be able to:

• Have a wider understanding of what menopause is, its symptoms and effect on those experiencing menopause
• Understand what support is available to those experiencing menopausal symptoms enabling them to seek support and continue to thrive.
• Be able to confidently partake in conversations about the menopause
• Will know how to access peer support and signposting to external trusted menopause organisations.
