Complete one form for each no entry notification. All details are contained within the form including any relevant checks. 

There is a contractual obligation to notify Lancashire County Council of any 'no entry' situations when visiting a service user's home to carry out a commissioned homecare service and there is nobody at the property and/or you cannot gain access to carry out the support.
