Cards for Kindness

We are planning to promote the Cards for Kindness scheme through local and social media, encouraging people, once again, to send postcards.

If you would like to sign up your care home or day centre to receive cards, please email cardsforkindness@lancashire.gov.uk. Include the name of your care home and contact details (postal and email address). Your details will then be added to the website.

You can view details of the campaign, including posters, media images and ideas for you to become involved, on the Cards for Kindness website.

Share your story for a chance to win a robopet

We would love to receive news, stories and photos from care providers. So long as you have the consent of your residents. Please send your story and a photo to cardsforkindess@lancashire.gov.uk. 

The story and photo judged as most heart-warming by the team in how its describes the difference the scheme makes to your care home community, will receive a robopet for the residents. So please get your residents, staff and activity co-ordinators engaged with this activity.
