The EYFS reading prompt cards include a range of question prompts to engage with and develop children's reading skills. The cards are separated into the following types: vocabulary, literal retrieval (fiction & non-fiction), sequencing, inference and prediction. They are an essential resource for teachers and other adults who support the teaching of early years pupils.
