This pack of 10 A3 handwriting patter grids can be used to support the teaching of the letter formation phrases linked to the Red Rose Letters and Sounds Programme. It is recommended that when teaching letter formation, a phrase is used in order to embed the directionality. All adults who teach letter formation are encouraged to use the same approach as children learn effectively through repetition.
