This course will focus on:
How sustainability can be woven through primary Geography and linked to other areas of the curriculum
Developing children's sense of place, climate literacy and their connection to the environment
How fieldwork studies can be linked to sustainability
How to use enquiry and decision-based exercises to highlight geographical issues in a range of topics including water, food production, climate and biomes
How books can be used to support the understanding of sustainability in Geography and other areas of the curriculum.
