This course is designed for teachers who want to develop their confidence, knowledge, skills and understanding of teaching athletic activities.

It will develop confidence by explaining how to teach, observe and assess the fundamental movement skills and the apply them in athletic activities by focusing on the key movement skills needed to be successful in these disciplines and help to develop transferable running, jumping and throwing skills into other sports.

The course will also explore planning, sequencing learning and adapting the Lancashire PE Passport Platform lesson plans to meet the needs of all children.

This course includes a set of TOPs Sport cards.
There is an element of practical activities so all delegates should be dressed appropriately.
