• explore the Safe Practice guidance for curriculum PE lessons, school sports and physical activity;
• reflect on recent developments in legal practice, national guidance, statute law and case law;
• demonstrate best practice within the school setting in a straight forward and simple way, making it accessible for the school workforce; and
• examine extensive information about what is considered best practice and how this can be a basis for a school’s health and safety policy, including risk assessments.
