This series of twilight sessions will provide an opportunity for non-maths-specialists who already have experience of teaching maths in a secondary school to
• Upskill their subject knowledge to become confident in teaching at GCSE grade 4 and beyond
• Become familiar with the most up to date maths pedagogy
• Network and share experiences and resources with colleagues in a similar role

Topics covered will include more advanced algebra, angle reasoning and trigonometry, statistical measures and diagrams, graphs and transformations.

Each session will focus on a different area of the mathematics curriculum informed by delegate needs
Delegates will have access to an online platform to communicate, share ideas and ask questions between sessions.
Car parking is available at the County Hall complex with a prior reservation.
