The course will cover:
- The role of the subject leader in computing, including considerations such as auditing and monitoring the provision of this subject in your school
- Discussion of sequence of learning, planning and assessment of computing
- Creative approaches to the teaching of computing
- Practical demonstrations of computing curriculum including unplugged activities
- News and updates on key resources, strategies and updates from DfE and Ofsted

This course is suitable for those new to subject leadership in computing or those who have been leading computing for a short time. The course covers the key curriculum and management aspects of being a computing subject leader.
