The course will cover:
- The role of the subject leader in computing, including considerations such as auditing and monitoring the provision of this subject in your school.
- Discussion of sequence of learning, planning and assessment of computing
- Creative approaches to the teaching of computing.
- Practical demonstrations of computing curriculum including unplugged activities.
- News and updates on key resources, strategies and from Ofsted.

This course is suitable for those new to subject leadership in computing or those who have been leading computing for a short time. The course covers the key curriculum and management aspects of being a computing subject leader.
