Participants will:
- explore research evidence and best practice around the establishment and operation of on-site alternative provision;
- look at case studies of schools where an effective provision has been developed;
- work through a planning tool to help structure the creation and implementation of the provision;
- access a toolkit of resources to support the creation of an on-site provision;
- explore key aspects such as curriculum, identification of students, measuring impact and reintegration; and
- have the opportunity to reflect on their learning and consider how to implement this in their setting.
