Participants will:
* Explore research evidence and best practice around the establishment and operation of on-site alternative provision;
* Look at case studies of schools where an effective provision has been developed;
* Work through a planning tool to help structure the creation and implementation of the provision;
* Access a toolkit of resources to support the creation of an on-site provision;
* Explore key aspects such as curriculum, identification of students, measuring impact and reintegration; and
* Have the opportunity to reflect on their learning and consider how to implement this in their setting.
