  • Diane Sheron (Primary Behaviour Consultant)

This course will cover:
- how to create a whole school culture which promotes equality and inclusivity for all;
- how to create a clear and consistent vision of what behaviour expectations are for pupils, parents, teachers, TA's, lunchtime supervisors and governors;
- the importance of creating a trauma informed school;
- how to ensure the whole school community understand and implement restorative approaches to managing behaviour;
- how the curriculum can support behaviour; and
- how to ensure consistent support for pupils with SEMH & those at risk of permanent exclusion.

This course will help leaders reflect on the implications for developing a positive whole school behaviour culture. There will be practical strategies for developing a culture where behaviour is managed positively and consistently. It would be useful for any schools working towards the Lancashire Behaviour Quality Mark.
