A practical hands-on workshop to support Teaching Assistants, giving them a toolkit of easy, usable ideas to support children in the classroom.
The course will enable TAs to return to school with a range of ideas, games and activities that will support children's attention and listening skills.
During the afternoon we will model and practice using the following:
-developing attention techniques
-barrier games
-using visuals to support comminucation and interaction
-multisensory resources to support learning in the classroom

TAs will leave with a box of resources to help get you started when delivering inclusive practice in your classroom.
