* Keynote input from Jean Gross CBE: Former Government Communication Champion for Children and Head of Children's Services, founder of "Every child a chance" trust and author of "Reaching the unseen children." Jean is an expert voice in the area of developing oracy skills and evidence-based approaches to tackling educational disadvantage.
* Hear from three Lancashire schools as they talk about how they have secured excellent outcomes for their disadvantaged students
* Sessions with a practical focus, grounded in the latest research evidence
