Our very popular "24 Hours in Leadership" conference for 2025 aims to inspire school leaders to consider how they create learning opportunities that are designed not just to impart knowledge, but also to engage, inspire and make teachers and children think.

This year our theme is relationships. We are looking forward to a fantastic range of inspirational speakers including Mark Finnis (who will be talking about restorative practice, relational-based schools and transforming school cultures) and Hywel Roberts (botherdness, creative pedagogies and storytelling - he's not to be missed!!) Our after-dinner speaker is Dave Harris who is bringing along his cabinet of curiosities.

"24 Hours…" will help you plan the best way forward, with built-in reflection, review and planning time for you and senior leaders to work together as well as network with other school leaders

The conference runs from lunchtime on Thursday 26th June until lunchtime on Friday 27th June 2025. All meals and overnight accommodation are included. Each keynote speaker will last for approximately 3 hours.

The remainder of the time can be used flexibly to meet the needs of the delegates. Some leaders choose to spend this time on school-related strategic planning and preparation and others enjoy simply chatting, engaging in dialogue with colleagues or having some personal, reflective or 'quiet' time.
The hotel's leisure facilities are available to resident delegates (some of these facilities will incur an additional charge).
