This course provides delegates with exemplar artefact sessions from EYFS to Year 6 and will demonstrate how these learning experiences can:
- inspire pupils' curiosity to know more about the past;
- equip pupils to ask perceptive questions;
- develop pupils' oracy skills and critical thinking in history;
- help pupils to weigh evidence, sift arguments, and develop perspective and judgement; and
- provide teachers with rich learning outcomes for assessment.

Artefact sessions promote deep thinking in pupils and can be a very enjoyable, interactive experience for pupils from EYFS to Year 6 and beyond.
