•To consider the importance of promoting equalities and inclusion with young children.
•To understand how a persona doll is used.
•To identify and plan uses for a persona doll in your setting.

Through this course you will be shown how the Persona Doll approach works - through hands-on activities.
There will be opportunities to consider how Persona Dolls help you build children’s wellbeing and address issues such as being excluded, bullied or stereotyped.
We will look at how promoting the equalities and celebrating diversity with young children is important.
