* Consider effective relational approaches to responding to more challenging behaviour;
* Explore a range of strategies to use when working with young people who exhibit more challenging behaviour;
* Talk through case study students and how best to support them in a mainstream setting; and
* Share best practice in this area and consider how to use this learning in their context.
