Library services online
Login into your library account to reserve and renew items online and check your account.
You will need your library card number (found on your library card) and your PIN.
Library PIN
It is possible to change your PIN should you wish to after you log into your account.
If you don't know, have lost or have forgotten your PIN there is a Reset your PIN option on the library catalogue. You should receive an email enabling you to reset your PIN. If you do not receive an email from PrismFeedback@librarymanagementcloud.com called 'Request to change PIN' (remember to check your Spam folder) it probably means we do not have your current email address listed on your library membership. In this case to get your PIN you will need to:
- Complete this form or
- Ring 0300 123 6703 (Monday to Friday 9am-5pm) or
- Ask at your local library
You will be asked to confirm your personal details against the information we hold before we can reset your PIN. If you request your PIN in person we also accept proof of identification such as a driving licence or passport. If you cannot provide this confirmation your PIN will be posted to you at the address we have on file.

Library Elf is a third party service that we subscribe to, so you can access it for free to help you manage your loans and reservations.
You will need to register with Library Elf using your email address and your Lancashire library card number.
It will provide you with email alerts that your loan period is nearly over, but before the book is due back. You can tell it how long before and how often to remind you. It will also alert you to overdue books and reservations that have arrived.
You can manage all your family's library cards from one account and help eliminate overdue fines.
