The Crook O' Lune picnic site is situated at a popular beauty spot on a horseshoe bend in the River Lune to the North of Lancaster. There are many pleasant walks alongside the wooded riverbanks and surrounding countryside.

There is a car park, toilets and also picnic areas next to the River Lune.
