Healthy adults programmes
For people over 18 with a body mass index (BMI) over 30 (adjusted to 27.5 depending on ethnicity). Calculate your BMI.
You can self-refer by contacting the team in your area. Your GP or health professional can also make the referral on your behalf.
Healthy families programmes
For families with at least one child between the ages of 5 and 10. Siblings may attend if one child is within the specified age ranges.
Programmes are delivered across Lancashire. Families will be referred into the programme by the school their children attend. You can find out more using the contact details below each course.
