Vaccinations
The NHS provide winter health advice with some simple things you can do to help yourself stay well. You can also find information about flu, Covid and RSV vaccinations.
Flu
Flu can be serious and even deadly for older adults, very young children, and people with underlying health conditions. The flu vaccine is the best protection for you and those around you. That’s why it’s free to those most at risk.
Ask your pharmacist or GP if you’re eligible for a free flu vaccine. If you’re eligible, make sure you get your free flu vaccination (NHS) to protect yourself and those around you from the flu virus. If you've had Covid-19, it's safe to have the flu vaccine. It will still be effective at helping to prevent flu.
Flu and Coronavirus
Some people may be eligible for both the flu and the Covid-19 booster vaccines this winter. If you are offered both vaccines, it's safe to have them at the same time.
