Build an inclusive workforce
Our Employment Support Service can support you to build a more inclusive workforce.
We help to match people with disabilities with employers and continue to support candidates and employers in work.
Why build an inclusive workforce?
An inclusive workforce will provide you with a stable and reliable workforce. People with disabilities tend to seek stable and reliable work. They will often stay with the company they are working for longer.
This will reduce recruitment costs and provide a committed, experienced and loyal workforce.
What we do
Our service supports people with varying disabilities to find and sustain paid employment.
If you're recruiting, we can help match a candidate to your vacancy.
We'll also provide regular reviews and in work support for you and the employee.
We offer employers advice and support around:
- inclusive recruitment processes
- supporting people with disabilities in the workplace
- reasonable adjustments
- access to work
