Register as a warm space
If you are an established venue within Lancashire and can offer a warm, safe, and welcoming space to Lancashire residents during the winter months, please consider registering to our online directory and becoming a part of our network of warm spaces.
All registered warm spaces should be:
- warm
- safe
- welcoming
- free to use
As part of the registration process, you'll be asked to confirm that you:
- will comply with, and meet the spirit of, our Lancashire Warm Spaces Charter
- are a building freeholder (owner), or have obtained all the relevant permissions from the freeholder to run the warm space
- hold, and fully comply with, current and up to date:
- Public Liability Insurance
- safeguarding policies and procedures
- policy on food hygiene and/or allergens, as appropriate

Funding
If your organisation needs funding to support you to set up or improve your warm space, you may be able to apply for a small grant from the Lancashire warm spaces grant scheme.
