"Jeremy and I have been foster carers for just short of 12 years. Before fostering I worked with a nursing agency. I felt I wanted a change. I spoke to a family member who was a social worker (now retired) about fostering. I i felt like I could offer a young person a safe and loving home and help them achieve their goals in life.

"We find fostering a very rewarding career and if anyone is interested in fostering, I would say go for it you will never look back.
