Virtual conferences
A virtual conference is where every delegate joins the meeting, conference, seminar or workshop remotely and participates in the event from different locations. Here at The Exchange, we can help facilitate and manage the technical and interactive elements of your virtual meetings leaving you free to deliver your content.
Hybrid meetings
A Hybrid Meeting is a combination of face-to-face and virtual attendees. Some of your delegates will be present at The Exchange with the rest of your delegates being able to join in and participate remotely. Hybrid Meetings options include: Conferences, Seminars, AGMs, Exhibitions, Workshops and many more.
