Our collection of adaptable conference suites and meeting rooms on offer range in size, from those smaller rooms with a seating capacity of 10, to our larger suites that can accommodate up to 150 delegates.
In addition, we can covert the larger meeting spaces into exhibition and networking areas, which are ideal for our clients wishing to showcase products and services.

Room capacities
The Savoy Suite is our largest, adaptable conference and meeting room and benefits from an acoustic partition that can transform your larger conference space into two versatile smaller conference rooms. The Savoy can be configured in multiple ways depending upon your specific event needs. This room also benefits from an adjacent break out space and leads on to four additional conference rooms. All these spaces are available to create the perfect event as there is ample space for informal networking and refreshment breaks or for breaking out into working groups.

The Exchange’s has an onsite dedicated catering team who will create a conference menu to suit your needs. Catering options include a range of breakfast items, an array of hot and cold lunch buffets, desserts, snacks and Fairtrade, Organic and Rainforest Alliance Certified tea, and coffee. Our catering options can be served in your meeting room or within your dedicated breakout area.
